can't find old xbox 360 purchases

on Xbox 360 it will show you any 360 games that your account owns digitally. Then you can go to https://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/backward-compatibility/available-games and check to see if any of them are on the backwards compatibility list

That's what I did, but in the games list on my account the only xbox 360 content that appears are the backwards compatible games that I got after I switched to the xbox one. Except for Bully Scholarship Edition, and the only reason that one shows up is
because I talked with support and they manually transferred the license after confirming that I had bought the digital download version 8 years ago. Up until a few months ago I used to be able to go into my purchase history and see everything I ever bought,
but now the only pre-2016 purchases that show up there is a gamertag change and Bully

I can't find them on the purchase history on the Xbox 360

I just did the same thing. Purchased Battlefield Hardline on line. I was stupid and thought it was for the xbox 360. Turns out it was for the xbox one. Completely my mistake. This was following my purchase of Hardline Premium at first from my 360. Only
to find out that premium is an extension pack and must run on the actual game. I am now out over $100 dollars if xbox can't refund or switch versions. I'm getting to old for this.

Have you checked your email? If you keep old records and don’t delete them often, you might still find the purchase receipt. I’ve got some from 10 years ago, but it really depends. Try searching for the game’s name in your inbox.

Also, check your library in the Microsoft Store. If it was an Xbox Play Anywhere title, open the Xbox app on your PC and see if it shows up under "My Library."

And just a thought—could you have used a different Microsoft account? If you have another one, it might be linked to that instead. Worth checking!
