Cant find my sons xbox account.

So my sons Xbox one s was stuck on the green screen.

Googled it and advised to enter the trouble shooting menu and reset it with keeping download games.

When I tried to sign back in I couldn't sign or find his previous profile.

Hence downloaded games would not play,even though they said they were installed. In the store they said they weren't installed‍♂️

Ive tried to sign in with all his and my emails,and still cant find his profile with his original gamerstag.

Any help is appreciated.

I see , the only way to sort this out then, is to go with the account recovery form

. You will need to fill it out and wait for Microsoft to contact you and try to help regain access to theaccount,

I have signed in with my hotmail and his gmail.

And it doesn't come up as his old profile or gamerstag.

If i find one of his friends account and I can see that my sons original Profile is on his friends list.

I cant remember to tell you the truth.

The Microsoft account says my mob is there ,my yahoo and hotmail and his gmail email is linked. So god knows.🤦🏻‍♂️

I am the one who set it up for him.he was 7 year old when he got it.

Ive tried all our emails to log in but non tie in with his old gamerstag.
