Can't find my resident evil 2 game DLC in game but shows that I purchased it

When you pause the game you should see Costumes right above Options. When you click on Costumes there should be a section called Unlocked Outfits. I don't have any of the pay for dlc just the free 1998 retro ones and thats where they show up.

As the subject states I bought the resident evil 2 dlc for LA noir outfit for chris and the original soundtrack but only the soundtrack can be found it shows the the outfits are installed when I look on the home page "manage add ons" I have reinstalled
them hard reset my xbox and nothing works I even re installed the entire game and reversed the order.. I think it's a problem on capcoms end but hoping someone knows of a fix..

I have the same issue with unlockable dlc. It says its downloaded but doesn't appear in-game.

The Resident Evils are horror games for me, so my favorite is the Resident Evil 6. I could not buy the resident evil 2 remake.

I actually just bought Resident Evil 2 and it's my first Resident Evil game so I can't wait to play it. If I enjoy that one maybe I'll have to check this one out too!
