Can't find my Outer Worlds DLCs on the Xbox app (PC), please help!

Hello all,

I have recently purchased the season pass for The Outer Worlds on the Xbox app. I have Gamepass Ultimate, so I have The Outer Worlds base game, but for some reason I can't find or download my DLC. The Xbox app doesn't recognize that I own the season pass unless I try to purchase it again, where it says it is in my collection (which of course, it doesn't show up). I tried looking in-game but it just says the DLCs are now available to buy. I'm confused as to what's happening, as I had read online that I wouldn't have to buy the base game for the DLC towork, as the base game is on Gamepass. Am I misunderstanding something here? If I have to buy the game myself I'm gonna be really disappointed, and will probably request a refund as I just don't have enough money to buy both right now. Someone please help me, I've been looking forward to playing the DLCs ever since they were announced.

Ok, you don't have to buy the base game in order to use the DLC, with Game Pass, you can purchase only the DLC.

How long had it been since you purchase the DLC?

Please, check your order history to make sure the purchase is there and also its status, check if it's completed:

All checked and set, if it has been more than 24 hours of the purchase, I do advise you ask for the refund, since might have happen a possible bug or an issue with the purchase.

Click on the link, and then, click on Sign in (sign in with the account that you purchase the item that you want refund for)

Chose the item and click refund.

Another thing to keep in mind, make sure you bought it for PC and not for console, ok?

I tried to launch outer worlds on my pc but it just exits out without launching the game.

Thé Game Outer Worlds will launch Friday. Then you can launch it.

For now, Outer Worlds doesn't have HDR support not on Pc, not on Xbox.

same issue ... can't update any xbox game pass PC games....

have to uninstall /reinstall.

other apps (that are not xbox game pass) are uptated through store without any issue.

for microsoft: dead cells has no cloud saves through xbox live (working on outer world/gears 5..but not dead cells)
