Can't find my gamepass subscription after XBOX Reset. It asked me to change my gamertag

I am very sorry that you are going through this problem but don't worry I will do everything possible to help you, from what I understand you have a problem with your Game pass after restarting your Xbox, the first thing we should do is verify that you are logging into the correct account then check the list of active services.

To confirm which account has your active subscription, click the link below, sign in with your account, and check the Services and Subscriptions tab.

Thanks man I appreciate it, these are the only 2 I can imagine causing a problem:

«Or, it may mean that the “target” Microsoft account is ineligible because:

•That Microsoft account is associated with another Xbox Live account.

•That Microsoft account is associated with a billing account.»

I had an office subscription on the target email address that I cancelled and removed my cc info from. Also my target address had a gamertag I transfered to a temporary email just like they ask you to do on

support.xbox.com/.../change-xbox-live-gamertag. When I log on to the xbox live it asks me to create a new gamertag so I imagine the transfer went through ok. I'm wondering if this resets the 30 days counter?

I've recovered my gamertag but I still need the xbox Live Passcode in order to change it. Is there a way to remove or reset the xbox Live Passcode after recovering the gamertag?

Will deleting the profile only and recovering the gamertag allow me to change/remove the xbox Live Passcode without entering the original?

so problem fixed, AFTER I gave up and did a full system reset, during the setup it FINALLY informed me my gamepass had expired. WHY can't it say you can't play online due to xbox live expired instead of can't play because parental controlls?????
