Can't find my Forza Horizon 5 DLC's on PC

Hi, thank you for the response. I have checked my horizon 5 DLC is compatible on PC (it is the hot wheels expansion and the rally adventure expansion). On my Xbox I can currently install them on my account and play them and I have recently. Everything is up to date on my pc but for some reason it's asking me to purchase these expansions. How come this is the case?

Yes. Other games are OK.

Forza horizon 4 is OK too. But I bought it.

And Forza horizon 5 uses Game Pass.

I can start Forza 5 on my PC, can not start on Xbox serious S.

My Game Is in that list, but I cant find It in Xbox app, it's forza Horizon 5
