Can't find games from redeem code. Gears of War 4

Hello,

I've just bought brand new copy of Gears of War 4 from my local target. This came with a single download code for all the previous gears of war games. I redeemed that code and it went through fine. It displayed all the games I had redeemed and asked which
one I would like to install and download first. I selected Judgement. After putting my xbox to sleep, I came back to it later with Judgement loaded and I tried to find where the other games where so I could download and install them in the back ground. I am
unable to find these games anywhere.

Not through the store or through looking at my games on my account on a PC. They simply aren't there.

Can someone please help me find where to access them to download them.

Can't redeem a code

I bought gears of war 4 and it included the 4 previous games from the 360. I can only redeem the codes of gears 2 and gears Judgment and can't redeem those of gears 3 and gears 1

I can't redeem the codes of the bonus games: Gears of War 1 and 3 from my Gears of War 4.

I can't redeem the codes of the bonus games: Gears of War 1 and 3 from my Gears of War 4. I have redeemed Gears 2 and Judgment but can't redeem the other 2 games. Can someone help me with this?

The website you're linking to is actually for the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition promotion and not the actual promotion for Gears of War 4. You can find more info on that promotion

HERE. To clarify, only codes for the Backward Compatible titles are sent. There is no promotion that offers the Remastered Ultimate Edition currently.

Hey rmxsantiago,

When did you redeem the Gears of War 4 code? This promotion does not go by purchase date for physical bundles, but codes are sent 7-10 days after the digital code is redeemed on your account.

If you only recently redeemed the Gears of War 4 game code, please check back with us if you don't receive your codes 10 days after that redemption date.

Keep in mind that Gears of War collection codes will continue to go out in waves. Please check out the Gears of War 4 store description for
information on how these codes go out. This includes Gears of War 4 codes included in the Gears of War 4 Xbox One S bundle. Once that code is redeemed on your account, you should receive your games within 30 days.

To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption. Must be 17+. Xbox One, broadband internet (ISP fees apply)
and Xbox Live membership required. Not available in all markets. See www.GearsofWar.com for the latest information.
