    So I purchased a game on Xbox and my order went through and charged my card but I can’t find it on my console anywhere, and when I try to buy the game again it says your already own this.

    Battlefield 2042 Purchase

    I had a link pop up on my Xbox Home Screen that showed a offer to purchase Battlefield 2042 across Gen Bundle and receive a $10 gift card. After purchasing the game I haven’t received a gift card and can’t find the deal anywhere. I’m wondering if anyone has any suggestions of what to do.
    I had the same pop-up on my Home Screen once, but did not take advantage of the offer and now I can’t get it to show up again. Does anyone know if that offer is being made anywhere else?

    Can no longer buy ANY backward compatible games on Xbox One or the web

    Well I have contacted support three times and still no resolution. I can’t find anything that has helped. Can’t believe after buying BC games through my Xbox One console and xbox.com for years that all of a sudden I loose the function with no explaination....giving
    it a few more days before I call it quits. I would hate to give up after having every Xbox console and enjoying them all but if I can’t use one of the main selling points (BC) then I’m done I guess.
