I redeemed code from amazon prime to my account on microsoft store and i recieved confirmation mail

Your Microsoft order #[mod removed] has been processed

but the game not in store ->my library

or in xbox app

What game is it? Did you redeem the right code for the platform (they typically add one for console and one for PC)?

Thanks the problem is i have xbox and i didn't notice it is xbox but after open vpn i could see pc and xbox version

well im logged in the same account in the microsoft store and the xbox app and my library is empty

i tried to recover the lost data with diskdrill but no games was found.

I really hope there is a save of my library games somewhere because i can't find these games anymores on the xbox game pass

Hi, I have a Samsung tablet. I haven't checked the library thing but will do now. It didn't have a library item for Gummy Drop. The store says "you own this game" but I can't find it anywhere on my system! ARGH!
