can't find date for when i will get my points

the site says I have 8000 out of 5000 but no date of when I should expect them help please.

Linking up Origin account with XBoxLive. NEED HELP!

When I signed up for Origin, I used a different email than what I used for XBoxLive. When I talked to an Origin CS, they said that they can't switch the email because the birth date I gave doesn't match up for what XBoxLive said.

I am trying to find out where I typed in my birth date and I can't find it.

I have tried to use the LiveAmbassador chat twice, and it appears that they're off for the holiday weekend. (No surprise, even CSR's need a break.)

Can someone help me, please? I can't get into the platoon my brothers created for BF3 until I link up Xboxlive and Origin. I just need someone to point me in the right direction.

I am going to assume that you're asking about the points from the 'Summer of Arcade' promotion. Correct me if I'm wrong.

It depends on when you got to 5,000 pending credits. Generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they will be deposited by the 15th of the next month.

If you got to 5,000 before the 1st of this month, they will be deposited by the end of the day tomorrow. If you got to 5,000 after the 1st, they will be deposited on the 29th.

Your statement on the MyRewards section of the site lists the dates you earned the credits.

I can confirm Smwutches' response. Since your last Credit event happened at the beginning of this month, you should expect your deposit at the end of this month.
