    Can’t find content on Microsoft Store


    Hi, today im trying to buy a bundle called the Dark Fire Bundle, but its not showing up in the Microsoft Store, I contacted the game support but said it was a problem with Microsoft, any help?

    If you don't find the content in the store it means that either the content has been removed from the store by the game developer or it is not available for your region. In either case, you will not be able to purchase through the Microsoft Store. You may find the content at third-party stores on the internet.

    Browse for content to install from the library in the Microsoft Store app or by browsing the store. If you can't find it or can't install it, I recommend contacting game support.

    Thanks for the quick and thoughtful reply, Brad. However, i tried this and it didn’t resolve the problem. I want to allow my son to use an App, and other support articles instruct that there is an “always allow” option after entering the password to give
    permission to use the App, as well as an “always allow” option available within the Content Restrictions area of the family.microsoft.com site.
