    Cant find button to transfer my pending points.


    Hi,

    I finally got (after 2 weeks and contacting support) my 50k points on my rewards account. I want to use it for the sales right now, but I cant find the button to transfer the points to my MS account.

    Where do I find it?

    Transfer my reward points to my new account

    I have too many 30,000 reward points pending in my account which aren't deposit in my account due to billing issue. Please transfer my reward points to my new account whose gamertag is "AKM2OO9". Please fix this issue.

    Balance wasn't deposited

    my pending balance of 54,900 points wasn't deposited on the 15th and the request button is missing, can you please send my points through to my account for use?

    The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. There is no way to have credits deposited before the scheduled
    deposit dates.

    I've had this same problem for 18 MONTHS.

    MS literally do not give a ****. I've contacted them probably about 15 times about this. "It's being fixed" and somehow that's taking 18 months?

    I've stopped buying digital content from Xbox because of this, and will probably switch to Sony next gen or sooner.
