I'm about to sell this thing for a ps4, I'm so tired of this stupid region restriction BS.

It’s up to the developer, or your local government which regions are matched. Region coding has nothing to do with matchmaking outside of China, and Xbox One games are not region locked

No one os playing it likely because it’s the middle of the day in the most Xbox dominant territories, and most people are playing BO4

The problem occurs either when I'm on wireless, or on wired. And it's just in MW3, it finds matches easy in Gears of War 3 or Black Ops.

I'm having the same issue but on the Xbox series s, black ops 3 won't connect to the online server. Tried the above troubleshooting and didn't help. I also cannot play the game offline because it crashes when I try.
