Can't file a case review so i can play with my friends.

So i was playing the game "tom clancy's rainbow six siege" on my xbox one, and i was playing a ranked where it was my friend and some random guy because the other teamates left the game in anger. While i was in one of the rounds i was the last one left
and died, then this dude messages me and says, "horrible" a toxic and uneeded message so i reply with, "not as bad as your aim" which is a taste of his own medicine and also completely fair to respond with. Then he makes it worse then any of that and says,
"you are worse then bill cosby" then team kills me in the game. What i go back with to that is still not ever teamkilling him but also, "you are what defines toxicity in rainbow". So we go back and forth with messages at each other that are EQUALLY bad but
i use the [Mod Removed: Profanity] first and that instantly gets me temporarily banned when he abuses that against me to send an inappropriate message that i can't reply to purposefully. But i will be banned technically from my friends for
two days worth of gaming because I'll be already getting ready for bed by the time it's over tomorrow. Also a minor bit of party invite\message, "join" spam until i told him no and i was already in the party which it would clearly show him. The way i see it
is we both get banned or neither of us do, otherwise unfair. His username:
