    is anyone able to help me here? I’m trying to play a game but it keeps telling me that my gamer profile does not have correct permissions to access Xbox Live functionality. How do I changel this?

    Is this in reference to the non-depositing of Rewards points, and the emails saying that our 'accounts need updating'?

    If so, how did you go about 'confirming' your email address?
