    Can't figure out where to change email associated with Live Rewards


    I am receiving emails for Xbox Live Rewards at an address I am getting rid of. I have updated my email to a new one on every Microsoft page I can find, but am still getting Rewards emails at the old address. I tried following these instructions from another
    post:

    "You can change this information by going to the commerce page at (https://account.microsoft.com/), selecting "Edit your billing info", and then changing your billing email from that screen."

    ...but I don't see an option to "Edit your billing info" anywhere. Please help!

    My son deleted his profile only and can't figure out what email address its under

    So my son deleted his profile and can't figure out the email address that is associated with his account. I looked on Microsoft and Xbox (websites) and their suggestion aren't helping because he can't figure out the email address. Is there anyway to find
    out what email address his account is tied to so that we can reload it back on the system? It's a Live account and we don't want to lose his membership and game info if possible. Can someone please help?

    here    . For email address changes, it does take a couple weeks for that data to process through our system.

    P.S. Not sure if it matters but my gamertag is "jflatto" and the email associated with this is my university email address (i.e., edu) and not a live account. This is the same email that I can use to successfully log into xbox live using my PC. I just

    Support can't unfortunately. No one has the ability to change the WLID associated with an account but the account holder, unless it was a case of unauthorized access where the person who took the account put their own windows live email in.
