Cant figure out console streaming? All prerequisites have been met. This is all I get when...

I have met the prerequisites and no one shows an interest. I would really like the achivment;-)

I've been avoiding all streams and videos tbh. I want to check it all out for myself when I get it.

I've had this issue and have been unable to stream from xbox one at all. My friend was having the same issue when he started using it and figured out the problem for him was that his internet speed was too slow. He upgraded speeds and now streams fine.
I'm trying to find the best price on an upgrade, but if any of you get the chance, try streaming again from a faster network. It it works, then maybe that can confirm that's a potential solution.

The game isn't horrendous. It's just not all that great, either. But when your only prerequisite is that it's cheap, you don't always get to have a great game.

As Mister Beep stated, I have met all the criteria, I can purchase other games for example Fallout 3, but when I try purchasing 'BO1' I get an error code. After trying to purchase the game through xbox.com several times I continue to get an error saying
"Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again." Hopefully someone can figure this out.
