    Can't extend my subscription (Xbox live)


    My previous subscription was expired in August 18. Today I want to extend subscription but i got error page with message:

    "We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found. The URL may be misspelled or the page you're looking for is no longer available."

    What's wrong with my payment? I have money on binded card.

    Can't extend Xbox live Gold Subscription from offer

    For some reason whenever I try to extend my one month gold subscription with a 3 month subscription from the offer it doesn't work. It says "Try that again,Something happened at our end waiting a bit might help." Then below it, it says, "PEX-CatalogAvailabilityDataNotFound"

    I can buy the 12 month and 1 month gold extensions without fail but the 3 month on offer I can't. Can someone help me out?

    if you go to the store on your xbox, can you see the option to extend your subscription?

    if you can't, go to your account at https://account.microsoft.com/services/ and turn off the recurring billing then see if you can extend your Live Gold in the store
