Can’t exchange my vip gems

Don’t know how many times I wrote to you.

I want to exchange my vip games but on every offer it shows me out of order.

Is this a joke ?? I’m so damn angry.

This is the third month there is nothing I can exchange my gems for and your program ends soon.

I want to turn my gems into the rewards points .. 750 gems into 15000 rewardpoints.

How can a digital currency be out ??

I don’t understand ??

So please get me my points manually.

And don’t tell me you will stock up items from times to times cause you didn’t.

I tell you again since 3 months nothing I can turn my gems into something cause everything is out.

since 2 months there is nothing to exchange my vip gems into prizes .

Think your program is a really big joke.

I want to exchange 750 points into 10000 + 5000 rewardpoints. Or the credit cards.

On every prize it showed me it is out.

It showed me this message since over 2 months.

So tell me how can I exchange my gems.

That makes me really really angry.

Every month another problem with the program

Please get me my 15000 rewardpoints manually.
