cant exchange my 5000 reward points

finally earned over 5000 reward points in October but 30th October came around and I still haven't been credited the cash amount . ive mentioned this to friends and family and they have the same problem. ive spoken to microsofts call center and the indian
lady didn't have a clue what I was talking about. starting to wonder if its all a scam.WHATS GOING ON

You will want to re-post your thread and when you re-create it change the type from discussion to support. The support team does not monitor this sub-forum.

Chances are your issue may be when you received the 5,000 points. Rewards are only deposited twice per month and normally if you receive 5,000 between the 1st and 15th its deposited around the 30th, and if you get 5,000+ between the 16th and 30th then they're
deposited around the 15th of the following month. If you got over 5,000 from your MyVip deposit on 10/17 then that would be why it did not deposit at the end of the month.

Same problem, except I've reached 35,800 credits. The Xbox Rewards website say my account need to be updated, but when I follow the link I end up on my billing profile, and whatever I do, the deposit stay locked.

If you're successful in unlocking yours, please tell me how you do it!

Credits are deposited based on when you earned them, so it would depend on when you got to 5,000 as to when they were scheduled for deposit. So generally if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between
the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month. So if you get to 5,000 during the second half of October, they would be scheduled to deposit on the 10th of this month (the next deposit date).

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since your last Credit event was on the 18th, you should see a deposit in the mid-month deposit this month.

Hey there

are you talking about the live rewards program right?

If so, when you earn a reward you have to wait until you have 5000 reward points or you can ask a deposit before to reach that ammount....

In any case they will exchange points for money two times a month, the 1st and the 15th!

Then you can see the ammount in your history account, not before!
