Can't even get my REQ packs that I paid $250 for!

Pretty much bought the legendary edition. Didn't get to install the packs yet. My boyfriend and I share an Xbox one so he separately bought the packs for $25 because he wanted them as well. Turns out I guess only one person can have them. So im really glad
that I got *** out of my packs and spent that much money. Will definitely do my research before spending that much next time. Seriously disappointed with a lot about this game and I'm a serious Halo fan and have been forever. Now I'm just annoyed.

Req packs

I just recently purchased a green war zone req pack that I get 2 green req packs for 7 weeks and then a hcs req pack and didnt get it

Halo 5 WARZONE REQ Packs

I have not gotten multiple of my warzone req packs I purchased the limited collectors edition for halo 5 which comes with a code for 14 warzone req pack. you get 2 of these packs every week I got 2 on launch day but did not get my 2 from last week or this
week. that 4 warzone req packs and ive also purchased 6 warzone req packs from my local gamestop and I only got the first 2 apon entering the codes I still have not received the other for apon putting their codes in so im out 8 warzone req packs these are
also 25$ a piece wen u buy them from gamestop please help

If you were logged into the same Xbox Live Account then yes, only 1 person can use the REQ Packs. However, if you were logged in under separate accounts that should not be an issue.

I can open REQ packs with Req point no problem. I'm also getting the packs I'm suppose to get when I complete commendations. I'm just haven't been getting the weekly REQ packs through the warzone REQ bundle.. They are suppose to show up in my "open packs"
thing along with my daily login bonus pack and they haven't been.

I have not received my req pack as well. Watched the finals and was signed in and would like my voices of war req pack.

Alright, I tried posting to that forum....but...I have the feeling 343 just doesn't care. I looked around the forums...there are a lot of people over the last few months that have complained about req packs not showing up and they are being completely ignored.
Can't Microsoft do anything about one of their branch offs not supporting these issues? A lot of those posts are from people who claim they never received reqs they paid $$$ for. Isn't that a problem?

You will recieve all the REQs you paid for. The Arena bundle is not a time sensitive purchase. No matter when you purchase the Bundle you will receive 14 Premium REQ packs (2 per week for 7 weeks). Hope this helps clarify things for you!
