    Can't accept 'Terms of Service'

    The problem is I can't enter a password at all. I can't enter an e-mail either, it just skips that and says, "Can't retrieve information from Xbox Live. Please try again later."

    Thanks for your post. Do you mind clarifying what you're attempting to do? If there are any issues signing into a Microsoft account on our website, try a different browser(Microsoft Edge/Internet Explorer).

    I tried other browsers but it didn't help. I want to change settings in my xbox live account because in Forza Horizon 4 I can't see players's car designs. I get message like:"This function blocked in parental's control settigs". But I didnt set on this
    setting and my parents didnt set on this setting because they dont have microsoft account.

    Thanks for your response, have you attempted logging in on the
    Microsoft Account     website? That website is our main portal to sign into Microsoft accounts.
