Can't edit my bio online?

My apologies for the late reply, I had to bring this up with our internal support team and they only got back to me today. So, they a few things for you to try:

1) Have attempted to change the again today and see if it works?

2) Did you check the privacy settings using the http://account.xbox.com/settings link? Photo below for reference.





3) If the issue is still not resolved after that, you have to try the suggestions from our Change the personal details on your Microsoft account guide.

We understand that you cannot edit anything on the https://account.xbox.com/CustomizeProfile link. However, using an alternate account everything seems to be fine.

So, when it comes to account-related issues it mostly involves self-help articles and automated tools. So, if an article or tool does not work for you it's possible that there's an underlying issue that we might need to address first. Hence, let us work together as a team to get to the bottom of this issue of yours.



To better assist you though I need to ask:



1) Are you accessing the link using the Microsoft Edge app on your Xbox device?



2) Have you tried using a different device to access the link and see if the same issue occurs?



3) From the device you’re having this issue, can you tell me if you’re getting all green checkmarks when visiting both links?

Thanks, but none of that worked either.

1. I've tried accessing through both my PC and Xbox.

2. Yes

3. All green except for Skype which is having issues.

Also the specific error I'm getting is as follows:

"We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found.

The URL may be misspelled or the page you're looking for is no longer available."

By the way have you done Solution 2 from the link below? Seeing that this is an issue specific to only one account, we need to look at it from this perspective now.
