    Can't Download "XXX" when ever a game starts


    Hi all,

    My connection at home is not the greatest at them moment, and I know how to fix the the Can't Download "XXX" error. That is not the question here, the question is that while DLC downloads while I am not doing anything on but as soon as I start a game,
    any game, I get the error, even though I am not playing online.

    Any reason why this happening? How do I over come this?

    Can't Download "XXX" when ever a game starts

    Hi there,

    this could be caused by a corrupt/broken file, please check your storage device for any items with a yellow icon and exclamation mark, if there are any present please delete those items.

    After that please clear the console cache via Settings - System - Storage - hightlight a storage device and press Y and select the clear cache option.

    You may have to download the items again, if there were any corrupt ones before.

    When those are downloaded or when none were present please try to start the game again (when connected to xbox live)

    I think you misses my problem WPAK. Say I have COD: Ghost and I want to DL Batman Arkham City. I start DLing Arkham, overnight the next morning I start playing COD, doting the load phase of COD I get the error, cannot DL Arkham. This happens all the time.

    Hi, i'm not missing the point, but a corrupt file can cause several issues and most games do in some way use cache, hence why it's advised to check for incomplete/corrupt files and clear the cache.

    Also try what happens when you try the game with another profile (if there is another profile/xbox live account is present on the console)
