    Cant download Xbox account on Xbox 360


    This is really starting to irritate me and it is NOT a problem on my end. I am attempting to download my account (with all my games that I have PAID for) on my xbox 360, it freezes at “Downloading your game info” and doesnt download it. I have cleared
    my cache multiple times, changed my gamertag and tried downloading it onto another hard drive and it still does not work. I downloaded my friends old account and it instantly worked and downloaded it meaning that the probelm is with the account and not something
    to do with my console. I have tried the virtual agent MULTIPLE TIMES ACROSS MULTIPLE DAYS and all i get when requesting a call is “Sorry, we're having trouble connecting you. Feel free to try again or ask another question” and since my problem is something
    that isnt one of the answered questions or on the forms, if somebody doesn’t help me here i’m pretty much getting a big **** you. Please help me, any help will be appreciated, thanks.

    Can't download Free Games on xbox 360 market with Gold from console nor PC

    Xbox one marketplace has different requirements then xbox 360

    A eula update doesn't affect that

    You said you cant download 360 games with gold

    Since 360 games with gold requires different parents permissions and xbox one family settings rent compatible then no you don't have a choice you must use an adult account if you have a child account to download it
