Can't download xbl ac

I tryed signing in today and got an error code i looked it up and i tryed a solution to delete and re download my account on xbl i try to re download my account and i enter unsaid info and then the add profile menu go's blank and never loads

I tryed that didnt work this is what happens after i enter my credentials and it stays like that fhen disappears after 10 min im going to try a factory reset

Maybe you need to add gold.! Sometimes it wont let you sign in if your gold runs out......

Try performing a hard rest.

Hold down the power button until the console shuts down.

Unplug the power cable.

Wait 5 minutes and plug it back in and restart the console that might solve the Problem
