Cant download Tron: Evolution from Games with Gold

Tron: Evolution shows up as free on the Games with Gold section in my Xbox when I select Tron: Evolution it doesn't say download, it says " Show Price," When I press show price it takes me to a screen where I have to press ok. Then, it says I cant download
from xbox.com and that I need to download from my xbox. I AM ALREADY ON MY XBOX! PLS SOMEONE HELP!

Tron Evolution not for free - Doesn't recognize my gold subscription

You are wrong. I have 1 month gold trial with give you all gold benefits. Today I've downloaded both games with gold from August. It is just tron evolution that didn't worked for me.

One the games with gold tab it lists Tron: Evolution as free but in the store it has a $14.95 price. Is the game free with gold or not?

 

Well you have e two options first

You can have a parental account with gold not home gold make the purchases

Or use a xbox 360 to make.the purchase

The issue is your account is an child account so you need a 360 to make the purchaze

 

this is not the case, i do not have a child account and it is the same for me

 

You will need a credit/debit card or paypal to buy 360 games via your xbox one or here on xbox.com.

 

It is the issue one that error only comes up when a child account does not have the permissions to download the contrnt

Setting your account to adult is not changing your child account to an adult

It's telling you you cannot download it because you need to use parental permissions which only work on the xbox 360

You also.need a creditcard to.download.the content

Xbox one permissions do not work with 360 games

As mentioned you need to use an parental account or use your xbox 360

 

You are also only garenteed content as long as you live in an xbox live region

If you use unauthorized methods the risk is on you not xbox
