    Hey, so I've purchased and been trying to download Mass Effect 3 on Xbox 360, only for it to stop downloading and give me a message saying "Can't download Mass Effect 3" at 3%, without fail, every time.

    I've tried checking the connection, clearing the cache, deleting the 3% downloaded game file and trying again, every bit of advice I could find, and nothing has even remotely changed the situation.

    I just spent my last $30 on something I can't even use.

    Anyone else experienced this? Solutions?

    After getting through all the suggestions (all of which fail to improve the situation), it gives me the options to 1: talk to a gamer, 2: Call back (both which merely refresh the page to no avail) and 3: Ask the community, which redirects me here.

    Usually that's the sign of a region issue. Does your account region match your physical location?
    Yes, it does : I'm in France and my "account region" is correctly set.

    If you've already tried cancelling the downloading, restarting the console, and trying again, then I agree. Contacting Support may be the best bet here.

    Go to the following site:
    https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Choose Xbox One for your category, and then click on "see other options."

    Pick any topic; for example, "see my purchase history."

    After that, click on "show contact options."
