    GOW 1 & GOW 3 Unable to Redeem Code

    From playing the Gears of War Ultimate Edition I recently received my codes for GOW 1, GOW 2, GOW 3 & GOW 4.

    I was able to redeem my codes for GOW 2 & GOW 4.

    Every time I try to redeem the code for GOW 1 & GOW 3 I receive the following error message. Xbos-0x80150017

    (I did receive a new code for GOW 3 but I'm still receiving the error message.)

    I have checked my billing region, xbox live region and xbox one region settings and they are all setup to Canada. (I tried doing the region change from some previously posted topics but they will not let me change my region as it is setup properly.)

    Any assistance to get these games working would be appreciated.

    Fallout 3 Redemption Code Generates Xbos-0x80150017 Error on Xbox1

    Purchased Fallout4 in the Xbox Store which included the Fallout3 download. The Fallout3 redemption code delivered to my Messages won't download and generates the ...0017 error. This happens on both the PC and the Xbox. Spent two
    hours chatting with Xbox support. Verified regions and subscription settings. They said something about the redemption code being set for Australia and wanted me to change the region on my Xbox to verify. I identified the region can only be changed once every
    three months and wasn't comfortable doing that. If the codes are wrong please send me the correct ones. They finally sent me here.

    FYI- having the same problem with GOW-1 and GOW-3 from the GOW Ultimate Edition. GOW-2 and GOW-Judgement codes did work on a PC but not on the Xbox One initially.

    Changing the region of your console wouldnt solve it

    First and foremost

    Blackops 2 has very very specific requirements that you MUST meet

    One account region language region and console region and actual region MUST MATCH

    so if you are asking for English content in Russia you fail the region check

    If you don't live in an xbox live country you can't get the content either

    If you don't use your isps dns and use Google dns or a VPN it won't work nor can we help you since its against the rules

    Pero actualmente toda la configuración que mencionas coinciden, soy de México, con esa región y su respectivo lenguaje, además Black Ops 2 está disponible en está región (pues puedo jugar en linea con Xbox Live) asi que no creo que ese sea el problema

    Gears 1 and 3 are region locked. So you would have to physically be located in Australia in order to download those games. Gears 2 should work since it's not region locked.
    OK, thanks for the information, the GOW2 code says it is for GOW so MS sent the wrong code.

    Also its a wonder that MS Support couldn't tell me this 2 months ago.

    So I would have to physically take my XBOX One to Australia to download.

    So why cant I activate the codes online without downloading them to my Xbox one

    Support doesnt really deal with individual downloads

    They don't have Xbox's that they can just use

    Also because of the tou

    They most like will.use their physical region unless the call center isn't at a Xbox live region
