I can see that you are having difficulties downloading the Xbox app. This code is related to 0x80073D23, 87DD000D and 0x80073d00, these error codes appears when you are getting installation or launching issues. Allow me to provide you some troubleshooting steps that may help us fix the issue. Meanwhile, I would like to gather few information from the effected device.

• What are your device specs, make and model?
  
• Current version and edition of Windows Installed? (Search for WINVER in Windows search to see this)
  
• Are you able to install other application from the Microsoft Store?
  

Please see the troubleshooting guide below:

(Please be guided that some steps may be different depending on your OS version)

Method 1:

• Make sure your Windows OS is up to date.
  
• Update Windows - Microsoft Support
  

Method 2:

• Make sure the date and time are set correctly
  

Method 3:

• Third party software like anti-virus and performance enhancement apps are known to block some apps
  
• Try disabling it if you are running one
  

Method 4:

• Open settings
  
• Search for troubleshooting apps
  
• In the Microsoft Store
  
• click Find and fix issues.
  

Method 5:

• Reset the Microsoft store
  
• Go to settings
  
• App
  
• Apps and features
  
• Find the Microsoft store
  
• Click advanced options.
  
• Click reset.
  
• If this doesn't work
  
• Click remove.
  

Method 6:

• Try booting into safe mode.

Hi,

Does anyone know if this was fixed? I just experienced it a few days ago and can't download Netflix. Note this is the only app I can't download on Xbox. Tried other apps and games and they worki fine after deleting them and downloading again.

I don't even have the xbox app. I don't have the gaming services app either and nothing on the microsoft store even wants to download. So, like if I need the xbox app to play forza I can't even download that
