Can't download The Raise of Tomb Raider after having used a redemption code in Name Your ...

Hi,

I just bought a xbox one and had a redempton code. I used it for downloading The Raise of Tomb Raider.

I followed all instructions and everything seemed to work. The problem is that I don't see any download in the queue. Nothing happened.No trace of the download in the system.

I also checked the settings: I have a Xbox home, updates and download are set to "automatically", immediate start, Internet connection ok.

I first followed the browser procedure. Than I tried to redeem the code again but directly from the xbox one and it obviously says that the code has already been used.

Expired name your game redemption

Hello, I bought an Xbox one last year and it came with a redemption code for a name your game download. It was a choice amount Forza6, Tomb Raider, Gears of War, and Rare Replay. This was a gift for someone who was predisposed with convalescing over the
holidays and well into this year. Unfortunately, it wasn't until just recently that he had a chance setup the Xbox but was disappointed to find that the link and apparently the game redemption code had expired.

The code was never used and no game was ever redeemed. Is there any recourse that we may pursue so that he may be able to download one of the games ?

Any information on the subject would be greatly appreciated.

Black ops 2 Won't Start

I'm having the same problem with the game Tomb Raider Anniversary, i've already download again, and again but the same msg keep showing "Can't Launch Tomb Raider..."

 

Have you checked your "Ready to Install" section of your games and apps?
