Can't download the purchased game on xbox series s - Conan

I have succesfully bought a old game named Conan from the marketplace.xbox.com. I have my bill from the purchase, but accidentally I cant download this game.

I try everything, (like download again from the store, or purchase again) but did not works well.

What should I do?

Or someone else have any good ideas to solve this problem.

You cannot download the game, as it is not backward compatible on the Xbox Series S. The only Conan that is, is Conan Exiles for the Xbox One.

Yes but all the games I’m putting on the hdd like Conan exiles for example is a 150gb game I can not physically have gta online FIFA 23 fm23 and Conan installed on Xbox series s as it’s storage is 500gb and the install stuff use 395gb up

Did you purchase the disc version of the game? If so, then that will be why you can't download it on your Series S, as you need a disc to play it.

Obsessive Power

Not only is the Series S entry level with no optical drive, it also contains a 512GB SSD with only around 330GB available to download games.

And, since you can only install Series X|S optimised games to either the internal storage or expansion card, purchasing the expansion storage card will make the entire purchase almost the same price as the Series X.

The best advice is to overlook the Series S as you can't convert disc games anyway, and you have lots of disc based games (loads of them you said), Series S is not for you.

Unfortunately you can't play that on your Series S. Disc games are not compatible with the Series S at all. You'll need to purchase the digital copy to play it there
