Cant download the OSU2 zip.

What exactly is happening? Could you provide a bit more detail as to help us figure out what the issue could possibly be.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue. Are you able to try downloading the files to a different flash drive? Or using a different PC? We haven't noticed any issues downloading the files on our end so double check that your internet is in good shape as well.

Got it, when you downloaded to your USB did you format it to NTFS first?

To use the Offline System Update, you'll need:

• A Windows-based PC with an Internet connection and a USB port.
• A USB flash drive with a minimum 4 GB of space formatted as NTFS.

That's the first step for the update. I'll walk you through the next OS update once you confirm this.

1. Plug your USB flash drive into a USB port on your computer.
2. Open the Offline System Update file OSU2.
3. Click Save to save the console update .zip file to your computer.
4. Unzip the file by right-clicking on the file and selecting Extract all from the pop-up menu.
5. Copy the $SystemUpdate file from the .zip file to your flash drive.
   
   Note The files should be copied to the root directory, and there shouldn't be any other files on the flash drive.
6. Unplug the USB flash drive from your computer

Note The current OS version on your Xbox One console requires you to install two updates: OSU2, followed by OSU1.
It is important that you wait until the OSU2 update is complete before you begin installing OSU1
