Netflix is not an app that you purchase. You download the app and subscribe to the service. So if Netflix is available on the X1 then you would be able to use it as long as you download the app and enter your log-in details

Try this....

From the Xbox Dashboard, go to Settings, and then select System.

Select Storage.

Select your primary storage device (most likely Hard Drive).

Select Games and Apps.

Find and select any items that refer to Netflix.

Select Delete.

Return to the Xbox Dashboard.

Go to Apps, and then select App Marketplace.

Browse or search for Netflix.

Select Netflix to download the app.
