Discus and support can't download the insiders app on windows 10 in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; the windows 10 store says that i already own the app but the install button is fadded out? can someone help? i wanna try out the new minecraft rtx?...     I own the digital copy of Minecraft and have been an Insider for 3 months and it hasn't showed up for me either. I downloaded the Insider App on Windows 10 and it let me download the beta for the Windows 10 edition, but I don't own it so I can't play it.

    Are you in the insiders program?

    If you are then use a windows 10 machine and download the xbox insider's app and remove your console then apply the update

    If not in the insiders program use the offline update tool

    Sorry to hear it. If you're in the Insider Program please try the following to see if it helps.

    Go to your PC (hopefully Windows 8 or 10) download the Insider app and unenroll that console. Reboot console and it will download the normal system. You can then re-enroll.

    If you have a Windows 10 PC, you can download the Xbox insider hub app to that, and unlink your Xbox using the app on there instead of the console.. Once you have done that, then your console might update to the public build instead of the insider one.

    On a Windows 10 PC you can use the Movies and TV app to download them for offline viewing. So, if you are running windows 10 on your Tablet, you should be able to download it.
