Cant download the game

I get the message saying that I am not authorized. But I can download all other stuff on live... even downloaded COD and Child of Light stuff to test....

Someone said that the problem can be account migration and I should migrate to my original country, but when I try to, I get message that I cant do that.... I never migrated before and I have all requirements OK.

Please, I need to solve this problem extra quick...

Cant download the game

Im getting the same message as OP. My Gamertag was made in Canada but Ive been living in the UK. However it says Dark Souls is available in both countries and many others and its free in all of them. So what does it matter where I am.

Well it does matter since MS wants to make sure you're not by-passing any restrictions; one Marketplace for each region, totally not dependent on the content. You should make sure your profile is actually registered to the country where you try to access
the Marketplace and if it isn't, you can migrate the account and that should solve the problem.

Have you tried to call the Xbox live support? I am sure they can give you more answers than anyone here could. They can look at your account and find out where the problem might be

Same problem with the store, cant cant look at or purchase any game and cant download data pack that i need for mw as need access to the store to download it

No one who has downloaded the game successfully is going to find this forum. Because there not having this problem. I like everyone else cant download the game. 10% then a message says i cant download it. :-/

After happend last month with Army of Two i cant download,and even if i pay xbox gold every month i cant download that free game, again this month another game Mafia 2 is region locked and i cant download because Microsoft dont care of Eastern Europe. Im
living on Belarus , Grodno. Its second month i cant download Games for Gold Free . Its super unfair for me, why they cant put free region? Dont exist solutions?

yes i am running into an error /code , i have tried EVERYTHING on there that it tells me to do nothing works, i dont have a credit card so thats why i bought points. i wont let me download any game. but for some reason it let me download the free AC II
so im not sure whats wrong. i tried everything, i tried again and it wont work please help.

So I bought Army of two the devil's cartel for 40 dollars and here I am sitting here wondering why I didn't go to a store to get a physical copy... Love throwing money away to wait for something I should be playing by now
