Can't download the game with gold of the month

Hello, i have a problem when i try to download assassins creed 3 from games with gold, a get the same mesage "your purchase cannot be completed at this tine, please try again" , i can download other games but not this one, please help!!!

I have the same problem. I can download the gold games of the month, but can't play online

For some occasions, there may be more than 2 games available per month, but generally there are only 2 games each month for the games with gold offer. Also, you can only download them for free while they are part of the games with gold offer, you can't get
previous titles unless they become part of the offer again.

This is normally due to either not having a credit card on file on your Microsoft Account, or if you are on a child account. If you are on a child account, the purchase will either need to be made on an Xbox 360 console or the parent account will have to
download the game on their account so you can access it.

I had the issue in other free xbox 360 games. I have the same now, I can not download AC3.
