Can't Download System Update

Hello community, we are trying to set up our Kinect, but the system is asking us to update. We went through all the steps to connect to the internet and tested the connection with xbox and everything worked. However, now it is saying that the system update failed and it cannot download. Anyone know what we need to do?

I know your internet is working fine with other devices but for us to best isolate the issue, can you try connecting the console to a different network? A mobile hotspot for example?

When it's asks if I want to download the system update, I press Yes. It shows the download and then it says it can't download. I can't finish the update is all.

Okei... where can I find the Update download ?

I can't find it in "System Update" and I can't find in in the Insider Hub

From the Guide go to System>Settings>System>Updates and downloads and check for an update and accept it.

If you can't download it, check your network connection is set to Online in the Network section of Settings.

The status code says its something with its Live connection, which could be as annoying as "I need to connect to LIVE to download the update! but... I can't connect to LIVE without the update... but I need to connect to download the update! But I can't connect
without the update..." over and over again.
