cant download(some)games&cant add a payment info yet Microsoft take 1$ every time I try!

I have an account that was with an US region, and at that time I didn't put any credit card with it. and it was on Xbox 360.

Then I bought Xbox one and changed the region to Saudi Arabia region and I am physically there.

And then I put a Visa credit card that it region was Saudi Arabia in the info of my account in Microsoft and Xbox.

And I put it in the payment & billing option. And I bought many things with and things were working smooth.

Suddenly my Visa is not with my account in Xbox one, every time I add it says save and then nothing happens.

I'm trying to download mirror edge (the free one) but it keeps asking me a credit card that is from US!

But I already changed my region long time a go. When I get to my laptop is see my account and my visa with it working, yet I want to update the info I cant find it.

and when I try to add it in bailing it keep telling me there something wrong or this visa is already there, it is there in the front of my account but it not there in the bailing.

THE Big problem that every time I try download the game Microsoft take 1 dollar from me!

now its 2 dollar and I don't see it in the bailing.

Please I need help.

Every time i go on my Xbox, it says i am suspended until i have updated my payment option. I try to update it but it says i cant use that payment option and to either Add a new credit card or remove it. I chose to remove it & it says that i cant & to do
it online, but when i try to do it online it gives me the "Uh Oh... That shouldn't have happened. It appears you've found a glitch in the system. (error) Please help!

 

Not able to purchase Tomb Raider from Games on Demand

Trying to download Tomb Raider but every time i try i get this response :

"Sorry

Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."

Living in the Caribbean but all my billing info and account is US yet I cant get to download this Game on Demand. I just Downloaded Alan Wake a week ago

 

You must change the console.region to match your account region also

 

And it can take up to 90days for the proccess to complete

your answer has enlightened me about the "different" between xbox one (region) vs PC(xbox360) region.

because my xbox one gamertag was from an xbox 360 US region, so my Microsoft account connected with it.

so the problem was xbox1 (Saudi Arabia region) - xbox-PC account (US region).

so I searched how to change it and I did it on PC and it said (change xbox 360 region).

than I downloaded the game from my account on PC and found it in xbox1 and I got it =).
