Cant download skyrim and other errors

So recently i downloaded skyrim using the redeem code i got 2 years ago at xmas with the console bundle (you get forza too). So when I first downloaded it the download went fine, but when I started the game it said something like 'Disc error not correct
region' so i redownloaded it, forgot that i had my account in Singapore (idk why) so i switch back to Canada and it still doesn't work. Now it wont let me redownload skyrim it just gets to 60-70% then restarts or the download gets corrupted. please help me
out!

So i just download this game and for some reason i cant play it bc it said the disc need clean it pretty much has the same error when you got a disc inside but it no disc it downloaded. Why is it saying that error tht i got a disc insside what could i do for it can work.

ok first error was 'cant sign in if the problem persists please contact Xbox', still happens regularly. 2nd is the error '8007065b' cant fix that... I got a few other errors and I eventually signed in, minutes later i was disconnected from Xbox LIVE. I couldn't
connect with any accounts. Somone said reinstall profile, so I deleted it now errors come up when i try download it it loads for ages, then comes up with an error??

 

It sounds like your gamertag is set for a different region (country) than where you tried to download the item from. Some games are region locked and cannot be downloaded from a different region from which they were originally received. Sorry.

 

I know that I bought the console and code in canada and ive only lived in canada, used the code in canada ?

 

Ok, you said your account was in Singapore. Please list exactly how you switched it to Canada in order to make the download. If you didn't follow the steps below exactly then you're still trying to download the game from a different IP address.
