Can't Download Ridge Racer 6

I tried to download Ridge Racer 6 (the Games on Demand version) on my two Xbox 360s, but for some reason it fails to download at a certain point (sometimes 0%). My internet works fine, and I've tried an official 250GB (enough for downloading the game) 360 hard drive and a 16 GB free USB storage device, but it doesn't download.

Or try using a different wifi network. For example sharing mobile data via wifi hotspot and connect your console in that way before trying again

I've downloaded Portal 2 before when it was on GWG back in September, it downloaded fine, but not Ridge Racer?

Where did you purchased this game?
Is your console, console region and the region where you purchased the game the same?

I ask this because if the download fails is for that reason. (Or even if you're able to download the game, you're going to receive an error)
Xbox 360 games are region locked and also the console
