Can't download Return to Arkham: Arkham Asylum

We understand that you're experiencing an issue concerning the inability to launch and play Batman: Arkham Asylum.

I can't download it, i can and already have downloaded Arkham City tho. Itll start the download, instantly finish the download. then when i try and play it, it wont start. Help

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums if that doesn't work the only way we can only advice you is to

1. Contact Xbox Support
   
2. Check your storage make sure you have enough memory to download
3. Contact the Game developer

Hi, the game is not currently backward compatible. Only Arkham Origins is compatible, but there is a couple of Xbox One versions of the game in a bundle titled Return to Arkham which gives you Arkham Asylum & Arkham City or you can get the Arkham Collection
which gives you Arkham Asylum, Arkham City & Arkham Knight, all remastered and Xbox One X enhanced.

If there is no option to manually save it means that it is saved automatically as long as you're connected on Xbox Live.

To fix the issue please perform a powercycle on your console then check if the issue still persists.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

If after the steps it's still the same, kindly clear your Alternate MAC Address by following the steps below:

Settings > General > Network Settings > Advanced Network Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear > Restart.

You can also try to uninstall and reinstall the game.

If you would like a refund, you can request by signing in to https://xbox.com/refunds.
