Cant download redeemed game

The way I know around this issue is by using the Xbox app. Go into the Xbox app and click on profile then click on games you own then click on the game you purchased and choose the console you want to download it to.

If you don't find it there, use the search button on the app to search for the game title. It'll show up for sure.

Sometimes it can take a bit for the systems to sync up,

Sometimes shutting fown the console and restarting it gets things moving.

i redeem code ace combat 6, downloaded, but i cant play.

I cant download it at all and its redeemed on his account on his xbox

I redeemed a code for the game and right after it said manage game but the game didnt let me download it and now i cant install the game and it doesnt pop up on my games list
