    Can't download purchased content


    My girlfriend has Outlast, Darm Souls and some Fallout: New Vegas DLC purchased on her account but she can't download it on my X-Box One. Even with her account logged in and set as home on my X-Box. What could solve this?

    Well fallout new Vegas is a 360 title so are the other games

    Home console doesn't apply to xbox 370 games

    Sorry about the double post dark souls and fall out are 360 games home console doesn't apply to them you have to install it from ready to install app

    Outlast is X-Box One and I have installed, on my X-Box One, 360 games/dlcs that she had purchased (on her X-Box).

    If you purchased any content on the account that got banned. You will not be able to use any of the content that the banned account downloaded. If you do not get this it practically means you can't use it because any content purchased on the account that
    got banned is unuseable.

    It's probably a licensing issue. When you download content it's tied to the gamertag that purchased it as well as the console it was purchased on. If the content you can't play was downloaded on a different console, he would have to do a license transfer
    from his account in order for you to have access to them.
