    To play xbox 360 bc games for xbox one you should use the same account that purchased those titles. What error do you get when trying to use that account?

    It seems to be profile related. I can download friends profiles and create new ones. Just cant use my own.

    cannot connect to xbox live

    It wont even let me sign in. It says that I cannot connect. When i try to create a new profile it just goes back to the create new profile screen. I cant connect to xbox live to download profile. the storage is the original xbox storage.
