    Hello,

    I’m trying to download my profile/gamertag onto an Xbox 360. I use the same email that is logged into my Xbox One and that I’m using to post this.

    But on the 360 it says that the emailed isn’t linked to a Microsoft account.

    Could someone please help with this one?

    I think it may be an alias.

    But the original email which I can remember when trying to enter that gives me the same message.

    I see. This email you use to try to access your account. is it the original email from or is it an alias you added the account to?
