    Can't download Portal with Games with Gold


    So I've been trying to download Portal from games with gold but when I select the game and click 'see the price', a blank screen appears. I've checked on the other two games and they work fine. Any ideas would be appreciated!

    If you are redeeming an Xbox 360 game on Xbox One, then you must have a valid payment option set in your account. Otherwise you can do that from Xbox 360 console.
