Can't download pc game.

I bought Resident Evil 2 for pc but can't see where to download it. I've looked in 'Order History' and the purchase shows there but how do you download what you've paid for? Thank you.

Sorry you'll need to request a refund. Microsoft doesn't sell the PC version of Resident Evil 2, you've bought the Xbox One version.

I tried to check and it appears in the games that can be downloaded with the game pass.

Hello, if the games are playable on PC, you have to download them and log in to your account. But I don't think all your xbox games are playable on PC. The downloads are different so you can't transfer the game.

You can't share on pc like how you can on consoles

On console anyone can use the gameshare to download the game but on pc they can't.

You have.to be signed into the xbox account wjth the profile that owns gamepass or the game and download it then switch back to your profile for achievements etc

Sorry no, you can't. If you want that game on PC you need to pay again via a PC download site like Steam.
