Cant download on microsoft store

I cant download it from the Microsoft store. Is there any other way to download it?

i cant join my friends game, it says to download "ms xbl xbox link" on Microsoft store but each time i open microsoft store it closes it right after.

i cant download windows updates,languages,anything from the microsoft store, error code: 0x80246008

Run the troubleshooter:
1. Open Start and select “Settings > Update and security;
2. On the left panel, select “Troubleshooting”;
3. Select “Additional Troubleshooting”;
4. Select “Windows Store Apps > Run Troubleshooter”.
If the issue persists, restore the Microsoft Store app:
1. Click on the Start button;
2. Select “Settings > Applications > Applications and features”;
3. Search for “Microsoft Store”, select and click on “Advanced Options”;
4. Under “Reset”, click “Restore” and on the confirmation screen click “Restore”.

I am very sorry that this is happening, but Microsoft itself is suggesting that the problem is on their side. I believe that there is some instability in the Microsoft system. I suggest that you try again. If the problem is persisting I suggest you to follow the following steps.
Step 1: Reset Windows Store.

1° On the Desktop, press the Windows + R keys, type wsreset.exe and click OK;

2° After the processes, Restart the computer and check if the behavior persists.
