    Hi ,

    A few Months ago there was an Update for Netflix but my Xb1 didn't do the Update it was there but it simply didn't do anything it just stucked in queue without doing anything so i interuppted it and delayed it again and again. Now i was very frustrated and
    deleted Netflix completely and i wanted to reinstall the App but now same thing here. It simply doesn't do anything! It just jays: is being installed for already god damn ages(2 days couple of retrys) and i can't even watch Netflix on my console anymore!

    Pls someone help me ... I'm frustrated ...

    Hello Karsten K,

    Let's try first deleting the Netflix app from the download queue and then clearing the Caché of your Xbox One following these steps :

    1. Press and hold the power button on the front of the Xbox until it turns off completely.
    2. Unplug the power brick from the back of the Xbox. Press and hold the power button on the Xbox several times to expel any remaining power and clear the cache.
    3. Plug in the power brick.
    4. Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.
    5. Turn the Xbox back on as you would normally.

    Then, try to download netflix again.

    If not, try to "download to your system" through this link : https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/netflix/9wzdncrfj3tj and select your Xbox.

    I am having the same issue where Netflix stops downloading at 79% and restarts. Eventually Xbox tells me "Can't download Netflix".
